How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored:

For business contact information - such as your name, email address, telephone number and postal address, this information is retained for marketing purposes and reviewed annually and erased where no longer relevant. Potential customer data will be removed every two years and no later than three years after contract end for any customer data.

Technical information which is collected via technical means such as cookies, webpage counters and other analytics tools is kept for a period up to 24 months.

We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy notice at all times.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
